Most of the time it is seen that interesting profile with lower package but give ample opportunity for individuals to grow in career.
Sometime people find job according to their career but at a later stage of life when they look forward for a change in career they find it difficult. As we all agree, profile and salary, both are conflicting issues.... on top of that they contradict each other in today's job hunt scenario...
keeping in mind,"shortage" of jobs in real world, a person should go for big salary... coz like it or not, at the end of the day, only the money matters, not ur "satisfaction" with the job.
